Akari プライバシーポリシー
要点：Akari は、あなたの情報を開発者に送りません。記録はすべてあなたの iPhone の中に保存されます。
iPhone の中に保存するもの
- 断食の記録：開始・終了時刻、目標時間、プリセット、メモ。アプリ専用の領域にファイルとして保存し、iOS のファイル保護（端末の初回ロック解除までは暗号化）を有効にしています。
- 設定：テーマ、通知のオン・オフ、体重表示のオン・オフなど。
- ウィジェット用の情報：進行中の断食の開始時刻と目標、直近の断食の長さ、連続日数、テーマ。ウィジェットに表示するため、同じ iPhone 内のアプリとウィジェットの共有領域（App Group）に置きます。
これらは iCloud 同期を含め、どこにも送信しません。
ヘルスケア（HealthKit）
設定で「体重を表示」をオンにしたときだけ、ヘルスケアへのアクセス許可を求めます。
- 読み取るもの：体重（直近 30 件まで）。アプリの画面に最新の値と変化を表示するためだけに使います。
- 書き込むもの：ありません。Akari はヘルスケアにデータを書き込みません。
- 読み取った体重はアプリ内のファイルに保存せず、表示のたびにヘルスケアから読み直します。
ヘルスケアから得たデータを広告やマーケティングに使うこと、第三者に提供・販売すること、開発者に送ることは一切ありません。アクセスはいつでも「設定」アプリ →「ヘルスケア」→「データアクセスとデバイス」→「Akari」から取り消せます。
通知
断食を初めて始めたときに通知の許可を求めます。許可すると、目標時間に達したとき、またその 6 時間後に「まだ断食中です」というお知らせを iPhone 内で予約して表示します（ローカル通知）。外部のサーバーを使うプッシュ通知ではありません。アプリの設定でオフにできます。
ライブアクティビティ
断食中はロック画面とダイナミックアイランドに経過を表示します。表示は iPhone 内で更新され、外部サーバーは使いません。
CSV 書き出し（Pro）
履歴を CSV ファイルにして、iOS の共有シートから渡せます。送り先（メール、ファイル、他のアプリなど）はあなたが選び、Akari が自動で送ることはありません。書き出しのために作った一時ファイルは、共有を終えると削除します。
購入（Pro）
Pro の購入とサブスクリプションは Apple の App Store が処理します。開発者が受け取るのは Apple が提供する購入の有無の情報だけで、支払い情報や Apple ID を受け取ることはありません。
アカウント・広告・解析
アカウント登録はありません。広告は表示しません。アクセス解析、行動トラッキング、クラッシュ収集などの外部サービス（SDK）は組み込んでいません。アプリから開発者のサーバーへデータを送ることはありません（そもそも開発者のサーバーはありません）。
データの削除
アプリを iPhone から削除すると、アプリ内の記録と設定はすべて消えます。開発者の手元にはデータがないため、開発者側で削除・開示する対象もありません。なお、iPhone 自体のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップやパソコンへのバックアップ）にはアプリのデータが含まれることがあります。これは Apple の仕組みによるもので、管理は iPhone の設定から行えます。
お子さまの利用
このアプリは個人情報を集めないため、お子さまの情報を受け取ることもありません。
このポリシーの変更
アプリの機能が変わり、データの扱いが変わる場合はこのページを更新し、施行日を改めます。データを外部に送るような変更をする場合は、アプリ内でも事前にお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
In short: Akari does not send your information to the developer. Everything you record stays on your iPhone.
Stored on your iPhone
- Fasting records: start/end times, goal, preset, notes. Saved as a file in the app's own storage with iOS file protection.
- Settings: theme, notification and weight-display toggles.
- Widget data: current fast start and goal, last fast length, streak, theme — kept in an App Group shared only between the app and its widget on the same device.
None of this is uploaded anywhere, including iCloud sync.
Apple Health (HealthKit)
Only if you turn on "Show weight", Akari asks to read body weight (up to the latest 30 samples) to show it in the app. Akari does not write anything to Health. Weight values are not saved by the app. Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, never shared with or sold to third parties, and never sent to the developer. You can revoke access in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Akari.
Notifications and Live Activities
Goal-reached and "still fasting" reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device. The Live Activity is updated on the device. No push server is used.
CSV export (Pro)
You can export your history as CSV via the iOS share sheet. You choose where it goes. The temporary file is deleted after sharing.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. The developer never receives your payment details or Apple ID.
Account, ads, analytics
There is no account. There are no ads. No analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs are included. The app does not send any data to the developer; there is no developer server.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes all of its records and settings. The developer holds no copy. Your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) may contain app data; Apple manages these, and you can control them in iOS Settings.
Children
The app collects no personal information, including from children.
Changes
If the way the app handles data changes, this page will be updated with a new effective date.
